Consultancy

I work as a consultant for a number of organisations each year. This can include helping them with fundraising, business planning and research.

Since the late nineties I have been responsible for fundraising over £2.5million for the arts projects I have been involved with.

Recent projects include:

- Writing a Music Strategy for mac in collaboration with Alan James for when the centre re-opens in 2010.

- Supporting the development of  a Music Strategy for Birmingham City Council

- Writing a Music Strategy for Advantage West Midlands for their support of the music industry in the region

- Supporting community arts project Active Arts in developing their steering group and business plan for work in Castle Vale

- Writing a Fundraising Strategy for the Academy of Music and Sound
